Spirit All-Stars are still looking for Boy's and Girls ages 3 and up that want to be on a team. We have teams for all ages and all levels. It doesn't matter if you have no experience; we have some of the best coaches in the northeast that would love to teach you. We have the best coaching staff in the state of CT. All of our coaches are First Aid & CPR certified. All coaches are also credentialed in all levels of all-star cheerleading through USASF to teach at the highest level of skill. All coaches are AACCA safety certified.

We are taking all-star cheerleading in CT to the next level and we have the best facility to do that. Our gym is equipped with air conditioning, 2 spring floors and one regular cheer floor, proper tumbling and stunting equipment for training, an in ground pit, water fountains, lockers and cubbies for kids the store there practice wear, viewing rooms as well as a gym TV for parents. We train to have fun and be the best, and our National Championship banners show it.

Twinkles-Mini Level 1

Gems-Youth Small Level 2

Jewels-Youth Small Level 3

Pearls-Junior Level 1/2

Jade-Senior Level 2

Emeralds-Senior Large Level 3

Diamonds-Senior Small Level 4 or 5 (This will be determined at the end of the summer.)

Onyx-Open Co-ed Level 6

For all level 1 teams there is no tumbling requirement

For all level 2 teams there is no tumbling requirement but it is encouraged to have a back handspring

For all level 3 teams you must have a back handspring and should be working on some form of tuck

For all level 4 teams you must have a standing back tuck and a back handspring tuck. Layout is encouraged

For all level 5 teams you must have a toe touch back tuck and a Layout/full.

For all level 6 teams you must have a back handspring or a back tuck.
